DUKUNGAN ORGANISASIONAL SEBAGAI PEMODERASI PENGARUH ANTARA KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract


Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan. Pertama, menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja. Kedua, menguji pemoderasi dukungan organisasional persepsian pengaruh kecerdasan emosional pada kinerja. Subyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di instansi rumah sakit di Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, didistribusikan ke  200 karyawan yang bekerja di instansi rumah sakit. Sebanyak 157 kuesioner berhasil diolah dan dianalisis  menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan dukungan organisasional persepsian tidak terbukti memoderasi pengaruh positif kecerdasan emosional pada kinerja karyawan.
